Four Erie Youth Hockey Association (EYHA) travel teams that play in the Western New York Amateur Hockey League (WNYAHL) have advanced through the playoffs in their respective divisions, to reach to the championship games, which will take place next week in Cheektowaga, NY. The playoff games took place this past Saturday and today.

1.      EYHA Mite Minor 03 Travel team defeats Tonawanda 6-2 and advances to the WNYAHL Final championship game, which will take place on Saturday, March 5, 7:30 a.m. in Cheektowaga.

2.      EYHA Squirt Major 00 Travel team shuts out Clarence 2-0 and advances to the WNYAHL Final championship game, which will take place on Sunday, March 6, 9 a.m. in Cheektowaga.

3.      EYHA Bantam Travel team shuts out the Rochester Amerks 3-0 to advance to the WNYAHL Final championship game, which will take place on Saturday, March 5, 7:50 p.m. in Cheektowaga.

4.      EYHA Peewee Major 98 Travel team defeats Amherst 4-1 to advance to the WNYAHL Finals championship game, which will take place on Sunday, March 6, 2:10 p.m. in Cheektowaga, NY.
